Top 10 New Species described in 2010

The antelope species described in october 2010 has been voted one of the top 10 species of 2010. It has been selected from thousands of species fully described and published in calendar year 2010 by an international committee of taxon experts. The JEMU team contributed to the identification of this antelope species by complementing morphological analysis with genetic data. The team is proud to be in this prestigious list that includes very exceptionnal species such as a bioluminescent mushroom, a jumping cockroach, an underwater mushroom, pollinating cricket or a pancake batfish.
